refund policy
All products from Bad Canada Clothing (Banada) are made to order using print-on-demand — custom-printed just for you when the order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, wrong size chosen, wrong color selected, or simply not liking the item once it arrives.
We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective (e.g., major print errors, holes, stains), or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date for lost packages) with photos of the issue. We'll review and, if valid:
Issue a reprint/replacement at no extra cost (most common resolution), or
Provide a full refund (including original shipping) to your original payment method.
To start a claim:

Do not return the item without our approval — unauthorized returns won't be processed.
Refunds for approved claims are processed within 7-10 business days after we confirm the issue. Shipping costs for returns (if required) are usually covered by us for defects, but we may ask you to cover them in some cases.
We don't offer refunds for:
Minor print placement variations (POD tolerance is typically up to 0.5"–1").
Buyer’s remorse, sizing mistakes, or personal preference.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.
